Application: Academic Perseverance Scholarship

 

This award will be presented to one senior student who best meets the following criteria:

  1. You must be a senior at Pike High School with a GPA of 2.5 or better.
  2. You must be pursuing a Core 40 diploma.
  3. You must be making plans to further your education in your chosen field at a college, university, or technical school of your choice and you must meet the necessary entrance requirements of that institution.
  4. You must attend school regularly.
  5. You must have a current IEP on file.
  6. You must complete all sections of the application.
