Application: Plan to Succeed Scholarship

 

The Plan to Succeed Student Scholarship is a one-time scholarship offered by a former PHS student and graduate. He is a local business owner, author, and former comedian. Feel free to show your personality in your answers. He will appreciate it.

This award is presented to one senior student who best meets the following criteria:

  1. You must be a graduating senior at Pike High School maintaining a 2.7-3.5 GPA.
  2. You must be a First Generation College Student (the first member of your immediate family to attend college).
  3. You must be making plans to further your education in your chosen field at a college, university, or technical school of your choice and you must meet the necessary entrance requirements of that institution.
  4. You must be an active member of the student body as demonstrated by your participation in extra-curricular activities and/or you must be employed full or part-time in a paying job.
  5. You must attend school regularly.
  6. You must complete all sections of the application.

Scholarship applications are due on Not scheduled yet.. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
