We are so thankful for the support of teachers, administrative staff, and our Pike students and families in helping to make the Red Devil Dash a successful and fun event! The weather was picture perfect for race day and the school and district spirit was on full display

Thank you to all who registered to run, walk, or sleep in for the event.

Congratulations to Deer Run Elementary and their team captain, Raykisha Robinson, winner of this year’s participation award! Foundation representatives had the tremendous privilege of attending a convocation to present the award to students and staff.

We had over 50 runners in the 5K this year and many staff members and students medaled in their age divisions.

For the kids 1 Mile Fun Run, over 300 elementary and middle school students showed their speed and team spirit! It was an exciting race and we were pleased to have so many families and teachers walk the 1 mile course as well.

The winners for the kids 1 Mile Run were:
Girls:
3rd: Samantha Sanchez – SCES age 9
2nd: Willinda Chapel – SCES age 8
1st: Nathalie Anderson – NAS age 10
